Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and delegation for discipline-specific therapy services and ensure continuity of care
• Develop functional treatment programs to support patient reintegration into their community
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to federal, state, and hospital guidelines
• Ensure all services are delivered under valid physician orders and proper insurance approvals
• Participate in patient/family training and equipment management, facilitating a smooth transition to post-hospital care
• Mentor students, contribute to professional development activities, and support performance improvement initiatives
