Use of NextGen EHR and adherence to a business casual dress code are part of the role.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license and relevant hospital therapy experience
• Strong skills in orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation
• Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with case management and screening techniques
• Proficient with electronic health records, preferably NextGen
• Professionalism in dress and communication within clinical settings
• Willingness to work a caseload of 8-10 visits per day within a structured productivity framework
