Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in delivering therapeutic interventions including stretching and strengthening exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the PT to adjust treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and safety techniques such as balance training.
- Facilitate patient transfers from mobility aids to therapy spaces safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the therapy environment.
- Manage administrative duties including scheduling appointments and filing necessary documentation.
- Support a patient-centered approach from newborns through end-of-life care.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
