Key Duties:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, or swallowing disorders
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and interventions aligned with each patient’s unique needs
• Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapy goals, progress, and at-home strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements
• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and continuing education activities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous hospital-based or acute care SLP experience is highly desirable
• Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth
