Key Qualifications:
- Active and current SLP license in the state of practice
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Previous experience in an inpatient hospital or healthcare setting
- Ability to evaluate and treat disorders of speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing
- Familiarity with hospital-based therapy protocols and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent communication, documentation, and patient education skills
- Compassionate approach with strong organizational abilities
Schedule:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions tailored to patient needs
- Conduct ongoing therapy sessions, reassessments, and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and family members to coordinate optimal patient care
- Accurately maintain all therapy notes, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Provide patient and caregiver education on communication and swallowing strategies
- Participate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge recommendations
