Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to K-6 students.
- Support students with mild to moderate speech and language impairments.
- Help manage an average caseload of approximately 55 students.
- Collaborate closely with the therapy team and school personnel to implement individualized plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established protocols.
- Communicate effectively in Spanish with students and families to facilitate therapy progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have completed at least one full school year of experience as an SLPA.
- Proficiency in Spanish is essential for this role.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, specifically K-6.
- Familiarity with supporting mild to moderate speech therapy caseloads.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Schedule:
- Approximately 35 hours per week, aligning with the school calendar.
