Grades K - 5 Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Camarillo, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to K-6 students.

• Collaborate closely with the therapy team and school personnel to implement individualized plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established protocols.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish with students and families to facilitate therapy progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have completed at least one full school year of experience as an SLPA.
• Proficiency in Spanish is essential for this role.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, specifically K-6.
• Familiarity with supporting mild to moderate speech therapy caseloads.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Schedule:

• Approximately 35 hours per week, aligning with the school calendar.
