Skilled Nursing Facility Occupational Therapist | Cambridge, Massachusetts

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
• Experience in healthcare, particularly with adult populations
• Strong understanding of ASD and developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in home health or school settings is a plus

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Provide therapeutic services and support in accordance with best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Engage clients and families in the therapeutic process to promote engagement
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and client progress
