Skilled Nursing Facility Occupational Therapist - Bothell, Washington

A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed for a contract position in a K-12 school setting in Bothell, WA, beginning ASAP and continuing through the 2025/2026 school year. Part-time candidates will also be considered. This onsite role involves working directly within the school environment supporting students across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students and prepare detailed reports
• Develop individualized IEP goals and tailor treatment plans to meet student needs
• Maintain precise documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Collaborate with educators and participate actively in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Active or pending Occupational Therapy license required
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Skilled in delivering therapy services in healthcare, home health, and school settings
