Skilled Nursing Facility Occupational Therapist - Concord, California

A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed in California is needed to provide skilled therapy services within a K-12 school setting. This contract position is designed to cover a 30-day medical leave and requires an in-person presence starting as soon as possible. The role offers an opportunity to deliver occupational therapy services to support students’ educational and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy evaluation, treatment, and documentation for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve students’ functional and academic abilities.
• Maintain compliance with school and state regulations related to therapy services.
• Communicate progress and therapy goals effectively to all stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current California Occupational Therapy license (CA OT).
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred.
