This contract role is expected to last approximately 30 days, covering a medical leave, with an immediate start date. The role requires a licensed CA OT with experience in skilled therapy, home health, healthcare, and school-based occupational therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs in the K-12 school environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluated needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in meetings and consultations related to student care and therapy goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and active California Occupational Therapist license (CA OT).
- Proven experience delivering occupational therapy in school, healthcare, home health, and skilled therapy settings.
- Strong understanding of pediatric therapy needs in educational environments.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Availability to work full-time, in person, for the full duration of the contract (30 days).

- Fairfield, CA – onsite in a K-12 educational setting.
