This full-time Occupational Therapist position supports K-12 students in an in-person school setting in Fairfield, CA. This contract role is expected to last approximately 30 days, covering a medical leave, with an immediate start date. The role requires a licensed CA OT with experience in skilled therapy, home health, healthcare, and school-based occupational therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs in the K-12 school environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluated needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in meetings and consultations related to student care and therapy goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and active California Occupational Therapist license (CA OT).
  • Proven experience delivering occupational therapy in school, healthcare, home health, and skilled therapy settings.
  • Strong understanding of pediatric therapy needs in educational environments.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Availability to work full-time, in person, for the full duration of the contract (30 days).

Location:

  • Fairfield, CA – onsite in a K-12 educational setting.
