Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist - Lehigh Acres, FL

A full-time outpatient Physical Therapist position is available, offering a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM in the Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres, FL areas. This contract opportunity requires 2 years of professional physical therapy experience along with a valid Florida license and current BLS certification.

Key responsibilities include providing skilled therapeutic care within an outpatient rehab setting while utilizing electronic medical records (Epic) to document patient progress. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility, as occasional floating to other nearby campuses within a 50-mile radius may be required to meet patient care needs. The clinical prescreening will be conducted by a manager, who will perform the final interview and extend the offer.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Valid Florida Physical Therapy license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with Epic or similar electronic medical records systems
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, first shift (7 AM to 3:30 PM)
• Flexibility to float to other facilities within a 50-mile radius
