Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist - Naples, FL

A full-time Physical Therapist position is available at an outpatient rehabilitation facility, working the first shift from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This contract opportunity is located within a 50-mile radius of Naples and Fort Myers, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and rehabilitation services to outpatient clients.
• Utilize Epic EMR software for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and organizational standards.
• Adapt to floating assignments within other nearby campuses as needed, functioning as core staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Florida PT license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records is preferred.
• Flexibility to accommodate floating responsibilities and schedule adjustments.
• Ability to provide all required demographic data upon application.
