Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ann Arbor, MI

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Relevant experience providing therapy in school settings
• Skilled in SLP Teletherapy platforms and in-person interventions
• Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 48 students
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Assess communication needs and implement individualized intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers and families to provide meaningful support
• Document progress and adapt therapy plans as needed
• Use AAC devices to enhance communication for students with complex needs

Schedule & Setting:

• Part-time contract position
• School hours from 7:40 to 3:00
• Support provided for both on-site and teletherapy sessions
