Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech & Language Pathology - Lisbon, ME

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized therapy services at an elementary school located in Lisbon, ME. This contract position offers an opportunity to support students in grades 1, 3, and 5 during the remainder of the current school year. The role requires on-site presence with no virtual options available.

Key responsibilities include delivering direct speech-language therapy to approximately 10-15 students, attending Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, collecting and analyzing data, writing measurable goals, and potentially completing speech and language evaluations. The schedule consists of two days per week, with hours from 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM, through June 12 or until the end of the school year.

Qualified candidates should possess certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) and have experience working in pediatric settings, both in healthcare and educational environments. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required. Experience with school-based therapy and knowledge of IEP processes are essential for success in this role.

Location: Lisbon, Maine
Work hours: 7:45 AM – 2:45 PM, two days per week (days to be determined)
Duration: Contract for the remainder of the school year (flexible end date through June 12)
Caseload: 10-15 students across grades 1, 3, and 5
