Location: Galveston, TX
We are a growing healthcare organization seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Tech to join our team in Galveston, TX.
- 13 weeks
- Shift: 4x10s/ Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:45am - 5:15pm
- 40 hours guaranteed each week (First two weeks are the exception)
- Holidays: None
- Trauma level I / 30-40 cases daily
Qualifications:
- NBSTSA certification required
- BLS & ACLS required
- At least 2 years of experience in an operating room setting
- Must be able to scrub general, urology, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Ortho & Neuro
- Big plus if tech can scrub robotics, flaps & craniotomy
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures
- COVID/Flu vaccination required
