(Travel) Dosimetrist  NEEDED IN - Grant Pass, OR 
A Onsite locum Dosimetrist position is available now in Grant Pass OR.

Hospital Details:

• Must have Raystation experience 
• Shift Available: Days 
• Total Staffed Beds:NA
• Minimum years of experience: 5 

Requirements:

• Start: 1/30 13 weeks 
• 40 Hours Guaranteed  (Monday-Friday)
• Certifications: CMD Required 
• Equipment: Treatment delivery provided by either TomoTherapy or Varian (21EX).  GE LightSpeed Ultra for patient CT simulations. Treatment planning system consists of TomoTherpay (V 5.1.1.6) with dynamic jaws and tomodirect capability and Pinnacle (V8.0m).  Patient data fusion/contouring through MIM (Version 6.5).  Seconday MU check via RadCalc.  Radiation Oncology EMR is the Mosaiq (V2.60) record and verify system - moving to version 2.64 within a couple of months
