Soliant is seeking a Part Time and Full-Time Pharmacist near Charlotte, NC.  Join our growing team in North Carolina!

Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing clinical and dispensing services to patients in a hospital setting. Must have strong recent/current inpatient experience for this role with an active licensure in the State of NC.  

Type: Travel/Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks

Setting: Hospital - Inpatient

Schedule: Variable

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication review, therapeutic drug monitoring, drug information, and patient counseling
  • Dispense and manage medications to inpatients and outpatients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and ensure safe and effective medication use
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and communicate with healthcare teams to promote optimal patient care
  • Maintain accurate and complete medication records and contribute to the development and implementation of medication-related policies and procedures
  • Assist in the management of medication inventory and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Active/clear license in the State of North Carolina
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments and schedules
  • Willingness to travel and work in a different city for a commitment of at least 13 weeks
