Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of technical and clerical duties
• Maintain confidential reports, enter, and retrieve data utilizing the computer system
• Prepare intravenous medication, including but not limited to, hyper-alimentations and antibiotics
• Assists in all aspects of labeling and preparation of medications
• Assists with management of inventory including receiving and storing medications as well as preparing sterile and non-sterile compounding
• Data collection related to medication center review and quality improvement
• Assists in monitoring and management of emergency carts
• Fill automated medication dispensing system with a supply of unit dose medications, procure
• Fill requests for pharmaceutical supplies and deliver supplies to nursing units

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Full time availability
• Oregon pharmacy technician License and PTCB
• IV mixing experience and Chemo mixing
• Hospital experience (1-2 years)  

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Mon - Friday day shifts.  8 hour shifts.
