Responsibilities:

• Travel to various healthcare facilities within Texas, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to inpatient populations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy management plans for patients.
• Perform comprehensive medication reviews, identify drug-related problems, and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Prepare and dispense medications, including compounding and sterile IV preparations.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of Texas, in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience, with a focus on IV compounding and sterile preparations.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems and technology

Contract Details:

• Duration: 13-week contract.
• Shift: Day shift.
