Are you a skilled Pharmacist with hospital experience seeking an exciting opportunity to explore Montana while making a difference in healthcare? We are looking for a dedicated Travel Pharmacist with an active Montana license to join our team for a 13-week assignment with the potential for permanent placement. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Verify and dispense medication orders in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Perform medication therapy management and patient counseling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles.
• Assist in inventory management and control.
• Participate in clinical rounds and healthcare team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Active Montana Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a Monday - Friday day shift schedule.
