Soliant Health is seeking a Med Surge RN for a contract position in Honolulu, Hawaii. The ideal candidate should be a licensed RN with at least two years of experience in Med Surge. The position will require the candidate to work 4x10s, 5x8s, or 3x12s shifts, as needed. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and in a team environment, and possess strong critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Administering medication and treatments to patients
- Conducting patient assessments
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educating patients and their families on health issues and self-care techniques
- Monitoring patient progress and updating patient records
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Two years of experience in Med Surge
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
