Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Estes Park, CO
Soliant Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Estes Park, CO. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students from Pre-K to 12th grade.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to determine communication disorders
- Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
- Providing direct therapy services to students
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Colorado state SLP license
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
