Two RN positions now open in Elizabeth City, NC

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Elizabeth City, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to patients across various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community centers. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting health, preventing diseases, and providing patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' conditions, document observations, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare management, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing care as required.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in nursing practice.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered.
• Proven experience as an RN, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
