Ultrasound Technologist Travel Assignment in Santa Monica CA

We are seeking a qualified Ultrasound Tech for a travel assignment in Santa Monica, CA. The Ultrasound Tech will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures as well as maintaining patient records and communicating with physicians.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, and small parts
• Maintain patient records and communicate with physicians regarding test results
• Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition
• Provide excellent patient care and comfort during the imaging process
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care imaging experience
• Current certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
• Current California state license
• Strong technical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Schedule: Day/Night rotation, 0800 - 1630.
