Urgent Need for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Portland, OR

We are looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for our students in our school district. This opportunity is a contracted position for the current school year and this summer. Please see details below:

Location: Portland, OR

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certification & CCC’s
• Active Oregon SLP License and Teaching Certification

Role Description:

• Contract Position | Part- Time

• Start/ End Date: ASAP- June 15^th, 2023 and July 5^th 2023- July 28^th, 2023
• Caseload Details: High School and K-8^th Grade(during July)
• No teletherapy or SLPA’s
• Pay: $40-45/hr (negotiable)
• Zoom Interview 

Duties:

• Evaluate levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulty
• Create and carry out an individualized treatment plan that addresses specific functional needs.
• Counsel students and their families on how to cope with communication and swallowing disorders.
