URGENT NEED! Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -
Tacoma, WA– 23/24 School Year
Contract:

1. Full-time
2. Onsite
3. K – 12 caseloads

Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct nursing care and support to students with tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube needs.
2. Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
3. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
4. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, hygiene, and mobility.
5. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
6. Document and maintain accurate records of nursing interventions, assessments, and student progress.

Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree in nursing
2. Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Hampshire
3. Prior experience working in school-based environment.
4. CPR and BLS certification.
