Soliant is actively recruiting a school-based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Lancaster, TX. We seek candidates who are collaborative and adaptable. Interviews are currently being conducted for this position for the current school year!

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent
- Active SLPA License for Texas is Required
- Previous School Based Experience Preferred, But Not Required

Pay:
Hourly rates are negotiable based on deciding factors related to the candidate's experience such as overall amount of years practicing as an SLPA, years practicing in a school setting, years providing services to primarily a pediatric caseload, etc. The Hourly rate can range as such based on experience:

• $32-$38 per hour

  Details:
  
  - Full School Year of 2024-2025
  - Full-Time Hours (5 Days a Week)
  - Approximately 40 Hours a Week
  - K to 12th Grade Caseload Options Available
  - Exact Caseload # To Be Determined During Interviews
