Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position - Illinois

Position Overview:
A progressive school district in Illinois is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team and deliver virtual therapy services to K-12 students. This is a remote opportunity that allows you to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills while working from the convenience of your home.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
  • Provide engaging and interactive therapy sessions using virtual platforms.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to monitor and support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records, including progress reports and IEP documentation, in compliance with state and district standards.
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings to share insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current SLP licensure in Illinois.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); CFs with strong teletherapy skills may also be considered.
  • Experience with virtual service delivery is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Strong technical skills and access to necessary technology (computer, webcam, headset, reliable internet).
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Caseload: K-12 students. Specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process.
