Position Overview: As a Contracted Virtual SLP with Soliant Education, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial speech therapy services to students remotely. You will work closely with a diverse caseload, collaborating with educators and parents to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions using innovative technology and interactive tools.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support students' academic and social-emotional growth.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP license in the state of Georgia.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working with pediatric populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to virtual platforms.
  • Must pass a tech screening process.
  • Obtain liability insurance.
  • Understanding of 1099 contracting terms.
