Virtual Speech Language Pathologist needed now in MA

Job Title: Virtual MA SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)

Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a Virtual MA SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) to join our team. This is a full-time position with 10 hours per week, starting in September and continuing until the end of the school year. The position is based in a private school setting, serving students from Kindergarten to 12th grade.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 15 students
• Conduct individual therapy sessions or very small group sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders
• Monitor and document student progress
• Provide recommendations for accommodations and modifications to support student success

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years of in-school experience as an SLP
• Experience with teletherapy is preferred
• Must have liability insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to virtual work environment
• Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of students

Employment Type: This position is open to independent contractors (1099).
