Location: Virtual (Pennsylvania)
Schedule: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Grade Levels: K-12th Grade, with focus on Elementary and Transition-Age Students

Job Overview: We are urgently seeking a dedicated and passionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support students in grades K-12th. This is a full-time virtual position, working closely with both teachers and paras in the classroom, ensuring that each student receives the highest quality of care. The caseload includes some students on the autism spectrum, with an emphasis on elementary through transition-age students. This position will not require case management duties, but a proactive, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for licensure)
• Virtual therapy experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge and experience working with ASD students is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic virtual environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to K-12 students with various needs, including ASD
• Deliver individualized and group therapy, targeting speech, language, and communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers and paras in the classroom setting to support students' learning and progress
• Document therapy sessions and student progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow best practices and guidelines for remote therapy services
• Maintain open communication with the educational team, parents, and other professionals
