Hiring Special Education Teacher SPED near Detroit - 23/24SY and optional NSY 24-25

The school district is looking to hire a *License - Special Education Teacher this school year. This position can rollover to 24/25 Next School Year. May have opportunities for summer or extended school year.  

Location: Dearborn Heights, MI

Job Duties:

• High likely to renew 2024-2025 Next School Year

• Start: ASAP

• End: EOSY June 14th 2024

• Full-time

• Onsite Only

• 37.5 hours per week

• Caseload: Middle school

  • resource room

  • co-teacher in room for 15-20 students

• Pay range negotiable depending on experience level

Credentials:

• Teacher in Special Ed * Licensed in Michigan

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education

• Experience Teaching Students with Special Needs (preferred)

• Active Special Education Teaching License in the required state
