Chief Executive Officer
Graig Paglieri serves as Chief Executive Officer of Soliant, overseeing long-term strategy, operations, culture, and innovation for one of the nation’s leading education and healthcare workforce solutions providers. With over two decades of executive experience across staffing, consulting, and digital transformation, Graig joined Soliant in 2026 after serving as CEO of Randstad Digital and holding senior executive roles at Kforce, ScottMadden, and Arthur Andersen.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Graig grounds his leadership philosophy in accountability, servant leadership, and leading by example. He remains dedicated to supporting former service members and community development, serving on the CEO Council of Tampa Bay and the advisory board for Certree.
Graig holds a degree from Boston College, an MBA from Wake Forest University, and executive education credentials from Harvard and London Business Schools.
