Phil Monti serves as Chief Financial Officer of Soliant, where he oversees the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, and business operations. With more than 20 years of financial leadership experience, Phil has a proven track record of building cost-effective operations, driving financial discipline, and serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership and the Board.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Phil brings deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital transactions, financial planning and analysis, SEC compliance, treasury, tax, risk management, and external audit oversight. His experience spans both private equity and public company environments, where he has successfully led complex transactions, strengthened financial performance, and supported long-term organizational growth.
Phil earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in Accounting with a concentration in Tax from the University of North Florida.
