Tera Rowland is Senior Vice President at Soliant, leveraging 26 years of healthcare staffing experience across marketing, public relations, social media, and operations. Prior to Soliant, Tera managed internal communications at Mayo Clinic and served with the Children’s Miracle Network.
An active industry leader, Tera is a member of Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) and the American Marketing Association, and has served on the board of directors for the Jacksonville Women’s Leadership Forum. Her thought leadership has been featured in The Huffington Post, Healthcare Finance News, Healthcare Traveler, and Scrubs Magazine.
Tera holds a BS in Public Relations and an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Florida.
