Senior Vice President, Education
Lesley Slaughter is the Senior Vice President of Soliant’s Education Division. Leveraging 20 years of staffing experience, Lesley transformed Soliant’s school therapy division from a small team of three recruiters into an industry leader with over 400 team members, while also heading the company’s special education substitute business. Her expertise spans permanent placement, strategic staffing services, and workforce solutions for both public and private schools.
Driven by a deep passion for special education, Lesley is committed to helping school districts across the country connect with qualified professionals. A Northwest Georgia native, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting from Georgia Southern University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two teenage daughters.
