She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and leading transformational initiatives that accelerate growth and strengthen organizational performance.
Prior to joining Soliant, Emily served as Chief Operating Officer of VyTalent Solutions, where she led recruitment, account management, and marketing operations. She was instrumental in developing the company’s enterprise operating model, leading its rebranding efforts, and implementing innovative technologies and AI capabilities to drive business performance.
Previously, Emily spent eight years at AMN Healthcare, advancing through several executive leadership roles, including Division President of Per Diem Staffing and Vice President of Transformation. During her tenure, she delivered record financial performance and led enterprise-wide technology and operational transformation initiatives. Emily is passionate about developing exceptional teams, fostering collaboration, and creating innovative solutions that deliver meaningful results for clients and healthcare professionals.
