Ron Washburn serves as Executive Vice President of Soliant, overseeing the company’s Healthcare division. An integral leader who has been with Soliant for 34 years since its inception in the early 1990s, Ron’s extensive background spans contract placement, permanent recruiting, and digital sourcing strategies in the healthcare sector.
In addition to leading key divisions, Ron manages company events, conducts internal group training, and actively maintains hands-on client and candidate relationships.
