Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Wendy Slayton is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Soliant, bringing over 20 years of staffing industry and human capital leadership experience. A trusted advisor to executive leadership, she leads HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that support business growth and performance. Wendy has also played a key role in guiding people strategies through acquisitions, integrations, and ownership transitions, including Soliant’s two most recent business sales.
Wendy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Bryant University, an executive credential from the INSEAD I3 Leadership Program, and is a certified Birkman Method practitioner. She previously served for more than eight years as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida and is a proud supporter of the Jacksonville Humane Society.
