Key Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• Demonstrated experience in hands-on personal care, including lifting, toileting, and diapering
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working closely with students who have intensive health requirements
• Ability to commit for the full contract period

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, individualized care for a student with intensive medical and personal needs
• Assist with all activities of daily living such as toileting, diapering, and occasional lifting or repositioning
• Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers to meet the student's health plan
• Document all services and report health concerns promptly
• Uphold strict confidentiality and foster a respectful, supportive environment
