Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience with pediatric patients preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 care to a student, supporting daily health and personal needs
• Monitor for changes in condition and report observations promptly to school healthcare teams
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, and feeding based on the student’s plan of care
• Ensure the student’s safety during classroom and school activities
• Follow all school and healthcare protocols, policies, and procedures
• Foster a positive, supportive environment focused on the student’s well-being and inclusion
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided throughout the day
