1:1 Pediatric 1:1 CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Gloucester, Virginia

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active CNA certification
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Familiarity with providing 1:1 care, especially in an educational or similar environment

Schedule/Hours:

• Typical weekday, daytime hours aligned with the student’s school schedule

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one care and support to a student, ensuring their physical and emotional health needs are met
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, and basic activities of daily living as needed
• Observe, document, and report any changes in the student's condition to the appropriate healthcare and educational staff
• Support the student’s participation in classroom and school activities by providing necessary health or care interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, and family members for coordinated care
• Uphold confidentiality and a safe, supportive environment at all times
