A rewarding opportunity awaits individuals experienced as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) who are passionate about supporting high school students with behavioral needs. This contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in an educational environment by providing essential personal care and assistance.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm
- 35 hours per week
- 30 minute unpaid lunch break
- August 2026 through June 2027
Qualifications:
- Current and valid CNA or LNA certification
- Experience assisting individuals with behavioral challenges preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for working with adolescents
- Ability to engage patiently and respectfully with high school students
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work regular school-day hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including feeding, toileting, and adjustment support for students as needed
- Ensure safe and supportive environment for students with a variety of needs
- Work collaboratively with school staff, teachers, and administrators to deliver effective care
- Help students participate in school activities and routines
- Follow established school protocols and care guidelines
