Support the development and well-being of high school students by assisting individuals with behavioral challenges in a meaningful educational environment. This contract opportunity welcomes Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to work closely with students, providing essential personal care and contributing to a collaborative team dedicated to student success.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
  • 35 hours per week
  • Assignment runs August 2026 through June 2027

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required
  • Experience working with students or individuals with behavioral needs highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication and patience
  • Ability to assist with daily personal care tasks: feeding, toileting, repositioning, and adjusting as needed
  • Demonstrated reliability and professional conduct in an educational or healthcare setting
  • Compassionate attitude and commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with personal care, including feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Collaborate with school staff to manage and respond appropriately to a variety of student behaviors
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and care provided
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all students
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
