Qualifications:

• Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license required
• Demonstrated experience as a CNA or Certified Nurse Assistant
• Proven ability to provide hands-on care with dignity and compassion
• Physical capability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility needs of students
• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, educators, and healthcare team
• Reliability and punctuality for a consistent daily presence
• Willingness to work exclusively in a one-on-one educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct daily care to a student with intensive health needs
• Assist with toileting, diapering, personal hygiene, and other health-related tasks
• Monitor the student’s condition, communicating changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Safely support lifting and transferring activities in accordance with individualized care plans
• Foster a supportive, engaging environment to facilitate learning and well-being
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure full integration into the educational setting
