This ongoing contract role offers a consistent weekday schedule within the educational sector.

Schedule:

  • 30 to 32.5 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) CNA certificate
  • Current CNA certification required
  • Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant within pediatric, school, or educational settings is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and peers
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and adapt to the dynamic school environment
  • Availability to interview onsite, with no exceptions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, compassionate care and assistance to students as directed by healthcare staff and school administration
  • Support teachers and staff in meeting classroom health, hygiene, and mobility needs
  • Assist with daily living activities and health monitoring for students
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow school health protocols
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for students with diverse needs
