Schedule:
- 30 to 32.5 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) CNA certificate
- Current CNA certification required
- Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant within pediatric, school, or educational settings is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and peers
- Ability to maintain professionalism and adapt to the dynamic school environment
- Availability to interview onsite, with no exceptions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, compassionate care and assistance to students as directed by healthcare staff and school administration
- Support teachers and staff in meeting classroom health, hygiene, and mobility needs
- Assist with daily living activities and health monitoring for students
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow school health protocols
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for students with diverse needs
