A wonderful opportunity is available for a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one care to a student with intensive health needs. This role plays an essential part in supporting the student’s daily health and personal care, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment from August 12, 2026, through June 3, 2027.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current certification as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- Prior experience working directly with individuals requiring intensive or complex care is highly valued
- Understanding of and proficiency in personal care tasks such as toileting, diapering, and safe lifting/transfer techniques
- Compassion, patience, and a desire to make a difference in the life of a student
- Ability to cooperate with multidisciplinary educational and care teams
- Strong communication skills and a professional, flexible attitude
Core Responsibilities:
- Delivering one-on-one care and support to a student with intensive medical requirements
- Performing regular health-related tasks, including toileting, diapering, and lifting as needed
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning throughout the school day
- Maintaining thorough documentation of provided care
- Collaborating closely with educators and other health care staff to ensure daily needs are met and consistently exceeded
- Upholding high standards for privacy, dignity, and individualized attention
