What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license
• 2+ years of recent Neuro ICU experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to care for COVID-19 patients
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in high-acuity settings
• Familiarity with neuro-specific monitoring and interventions
• Passion for collaborative, multidisciplinary patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and treat critically ill neuro patients using evidence-based practice
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and interpret neuro-specific diagnostic results
• Implement infection control protocols, including COVID-19 practices
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
