Qualifications:

• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an OR Scrub Tech strongly preferred
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments according to procedure requirements
• Assist surgeons and RNs during operations
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and patient safety protocols
• Accurately count instruments, sponges, and supplies before and after procedures
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and appropriately sterilized
