Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 3 years' recent MICU experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide care for COVID-19 patients
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the MICU
• Monitor and manage patients with acute illnesses, including those affected by COVID-19
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with healthcare staff and families
• Adhere to evolving safety protocols and infection prevention procedures
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses promptly and accurately
