Schedule/Hours:

• Multiple shifts available (Days & Nights)
• 13-week assignment

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license, with eligibility to practice in Kentucky
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 2+ years of recent PACU/Pre-Op/Post-Op nursing experience preferred
• Comfort with COVID-19 patient protocols
• Adaptable, with strong communication and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients pre- and post-operatively in the PACU
• Administer medications and provide critical care interventions
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Ensure patient safety and readiness for discharge or inpatient transfer
• Educate patients and families on recovery and ongoing care needs
